Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required. Please read the
following information before requesting an RGA number: Southwest
Performance will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will
exchange UNUSED, re-sell-able, original packaged item(s) for another
item(s) of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be
responsible for the price difference. All returns must have an RGA# on
the package or it will be refused at the time of delivery. An RGA number
is required for all returns. Please write the RGA number on the outside
of the shipping package or on the packing slip, where it is visible.
Please do not write on the original manufacturer's box. Please note that
any product returned for reasons other than being defective or damaged
may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15.00 administrative fee
(whichever is greater), and/or in-store credit at our discretion. If an
undamaged order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery, the
customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our
location. Please return all products in new condition, in the original
packaging with all the original warranty cards and installation
instructions. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned
in a damaged box. All returned merchandise will be inspected, and if
they are not in 'as-new' condition, additional charges will apply.
